Equestrians see the light in unusual application for Core

Core Lighting’s wireless LEDs have provided a solution for two equestrians in different parts of the UK.

The battery powered ‘FLOOD30’ products offered a bright, robust and user friendly floodlighting system for Andrea Brown, allowing her to open the Hampshire Young Riders riding school she runs for longer in the winter.

She made an initial purchase of two FLOOD30 floods complete with tripod stands, with set up of the temporary lighting taking less than a minute.

Meanwhile, Devon-based horsewoman Lindsey Nash has found that the lighting from the FLOOD30 fixtures has enabled her to integrate more horse training into her work schedule by extending the day. She is currently training up a young dapple grey purebred Arab, HS Casimir, for the world of endurance riding.

Core’s FLOOD30 exudes 7,500 lumens and is available with a neutral white (4200K) output. There is also an RGBW version available in the company’s similar ‘POINT30’ unit. They can be powered and charged via mains and come in a 25cm case.
